The US housing market is keeping the down trend and unsurprisingly hit its 4-year low on this Monday. What can drive our market up?

Last week, I met some British investors coming to Sarasota, Florida. With the 1-2 Pound-dollar ratio, they are happily considering buying houses in this beautiful suncoast.
